Check out time us by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Any cancellation/s or amendment is subject to RM50++ per room booked.

Cancellations and amendments made within 48 hours of arrival will attract a ‘per room per night’s’ charge based on the first (1st) nights rate.

Other cancellation, early check-out and non-arrival terms apply, and information will be available at the time of making a reservation.

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.

If you made your reservation through a third party website, cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorized to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.


IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

The Gardens Hotel & Residences is part of the Mid Valley City’s integrated development and shares the common car park facility comprising more than 10,000 parking bays. Click on this link for more information on location, GPS Coordinates and Live Update. For convenience and proximity, park in Zone B, Zone U or Premier Zone.

Alternatively, you may choose to use the valet parking services at a nominal fee per day.
Starting from 15th May 2021, parking facility will be operated using the Touch & Go card only for a smoother and safer parking experience. In house guest can proceed to validate the Touch & Go card at hotel reception and still be entitled for the flat parking rate of RM5.00 nett per entry, per day.

IS INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE?

Broadband internet access is available in all guest rooms, and is complimentary for up to 2 devices. WiFi internet access is available in the guest lobby and meeting rooms.


NEW SOPs DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC?

In compliance with the recent requirement by the Malaysia Government and to keep our community safe, below are some SOPs within the premise. The conditions are subject to further changes as and when announced by the local authorities.

Entering Hotel – Only guest with “Low Risk & Casual Contact” status on MY Sejahtera App is allowed

Stay – Guest on essential services is to present the relevant travel documentation

Dining- Diners must be fully vaccinated, and required to show Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate on MY Sejahtera App upon check in.

Definitions of Fully Vaccinated
– Pfizer, AstraZeneca & Sinovac (2 doses) – 14 days after date of 2nd dose
– Johnson & Johnson and Cansino (1 dose) – 28 days after date of vaccination
