WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?

Check in begins from 2:00 pm (14:00) for all guests.


WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?

Check out is promptly by 11:00 am for all guests.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel before 2:00pm hotel time on day of arrival, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel after 2:00pm hotel time on day of arrival or fail to arrive, the cancellation penalty fee amount will be: First night charge (based on total first night rate of your confirmed reservation).

Please note that certain package rates are non-refundable. Please refer to your confirmation for details.

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.

If you made your reservation through a third party website, cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorized to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.


WHAT IS THE KIDS STAY & EAT FREE POLICY?

Kids Stay Free: Up to two (2) children, ages 12 and under, stay free when sharing a room with up to two (2) adults. This is subject to availability and maximum room occupancy restrictions.

Kids Eat Free: Children ages 12 and under enjoy complimentary meals when ordering from the children’s menu at our in-house restaurant, Il Grasso. Kids eat free offer is subject to availability and is 1 child per parent, per meal with child eating from kid’s menu and parent eating from à la carte menu.

Not valid on room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more people, travel industry rates and corporate rates.

HOW DO I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION?

Bookings of ten (10) or more guests are considered a group.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

On site Car Park is available for guests of the hotel, and charges do apply.


DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel, welcoming maximum 2 pets (dogs or cats) per room with a combined weight of 25 kg. We offer a special rate of £10 per pet. Your pet must be with you at all times and is welcome to join you in our reception area. Please call reception ahead when leaving your room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Your furry family member must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in the public areas of our hotel and are not allowed to roam the hotel freely. Please do not leave your pet in the room unattended without notifying reception prior. Pet door hanger is to be kept on the door all the time to indicate pet in room. On arrival, we ask that you present up to date vaccination documents and inform reception of any other health details relating to your wonderful pet. If your room is damaged or a mess is made by your pet, there will be a repairing/cleaning fee of £150 payable at check-out.


DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?

No, St Giles Heathrow – A St Giles Hotel is a completely non-smoking property. ​Smoking is not permitted in any guest room​s or any other areas inside the hotel​. There is a​ £​150 ​fine for violation of the ​hotel’s ​smoking policy.


CAN I SMOKE ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES  IN THE HOTEL?

No, using electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside our hotel. Please use the designated smoking areas located outside the hotel.


HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is located just 2.5 miles from the hotel. All terminals are easily accessible by car, taxi, or public bus service. For further information contact our Concierge team by Email or call +44 (0) 20 8817 7110.

Road Work Update – 15 Oct 2020: Hounslow Road is once again open to traffic in both directions and all buses have returned to their original routes through Feltham town centre.


IS WIFI/INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE?

WiFi (Wireless Internet Access) is available throughout the hotel. St Giles Heathrow offers a 2-tier WiFi service:

Tier 1: Free WIFI (limited bandwidth) – suitable for general search and browsing, using social media, checking emails.
Tier 2: Premium WIFI (high speed, 10x faster than free service) for £5.00 per 24 hours – suitable for those wishing to do more; stream music, videos, catch-up TV, download work files etc.


DO YOU HAVE ICE OR VENDING MACHINES?

Vending machines are available (located on alternate floors) for both snacks and beverages. Ice machines are also available for guests.


WHAT FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES?

At St Giles Heathrow hotel we take the needs and equal treatment of all our guests extremely seriously. All of our public areas are ‘wheelchair’ accessible and we have two designated rooms, specifically designed for our less abled guests. DO YOU PROVIDE LUGGAGE ROOM FACILITIES?

Our hotel does have luggage room facilities. Please check with Concierge upon arrival, or contact us for further details.


WHAT TELEVISION CHANNELS CAN I ENJOY WHILST STAYING?

Our rooms offer the full range of Freeview channels (which include the standard terrestrial channels).


ARE TELEPHONES AVAILABLE IN ALL GUEST ROOMS?

All rooms (except Standard Single Room) have telephones in them.


WHAT DOES THE HOTEL DO TO MAKE SURE I AM SAFE WHEN TRAVELLING ALONE?

The hotel has implemented a number of simple, security measures to ensure all our guests have a comfortable, enjoyable and safe stay with us.
– When you check-in we’ll hand you your room details discreetly and we won’t say them out-loud, to ensure they are not overheard.
– Wherever possible we will give single female travellers rooms that are not at the end of a corridor
– Our reception is manned 24 hours a day, so there is always someone on hand to help
– Every bedroom door is fitted with a deadlock or chain
– If you’re dining alone, please ask the restaurant host to seat you where you feel you can enjoy your meal undisturbed.
