HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

Cleanliness and hygiene standards at our hotels are of paramount importance and we have implemented additional precautionary measures in adherence to the guidelines and protocols of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and government health authorities to ensure the safety of our guests and team daily:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitising of all guest rooms, public spaces, common facilities and our back of house staff facilities – paying particular attention to high-touch areas. Towels and Linens are laundered at high temperature

  • We ensure that all Food Safety Policies are followed, including daily cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen and other food preparation areas, surfaces, proper cooking and storage of food and hygiene practices

  • Hand sanitisers have been placed in our hotel’s public spaces and team facilities including lobby, dining outlets, concierge and reception desks, bathrooms, and offices

  • Ongoing enhanced training and coronavirus awareness, updating our team in response to this evolving situation
