HIGHLIGHTS
St. Giles London Hotel Four-Legged Guest Policy
- Pet Limit: Maximum 2 pets per room with a combined weight of 25 kg.
- Pet Fee: £30 per pet, per night (maximum 2 pets per room).
- Supervision: Pets must remain with you at all times and are welcome in the reception area. If leaving your room, please inform reception in advance. Pets are not allowed in restaurant areas.
- Leash & Carrier Requirement: Your pet must always be on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas and cannot roam the hotel freely.
- Room Etiquette: Do not leave your pet unattended in the room without prior notification to reception. A pet door hanger must be displayed at all times to indicate a pet is inside.
- Health & Safety: Upon arrival, please present up-to-date vaccination records and inform reception of any health-related concerns about your pet.
- Damage & Cleaning Fees: A £150 cleaning/repair fee will be charged at check-out if your pet causes any damage or excessive mess.
- Pet Waiver: A pet waiver document must be signed at check-in.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Booking Policy: The pet-included rate applies to new bookings only and is subject to availability.
- Blackout Dates: May apply, along with other restrictions.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation until 6 PM (local London time) the day before arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged for one night’s accommodation.
- Room Eligibility: The pet-included rate is limited to specific room categories.
