Check in time is from 3:00pm

Check out time with us by 12:00pm on the day of departure.  

Cancellations and amendments made within 48 hours of arrival will attract a ‘per room per night’s’ charge based on total room charge.  

Other cancellation, early check-out and non-arrival terms apply, and information will be available at the time of making a reservation.  

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.  

If you made your reservation through a third party website, cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorized to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.  

The Gardens Hotel & Residences is part of Mid Valley City’s integrated development and shares the common car park facility comprising more than 10,000 parking bays. Click on this link for more information on location, GPS Coordinates, and Live Updates.

The parking facility will be operated using the Credit / Touch & Go card only for a smoother and safer parking experience. In house guests can proceed to validate the payment card at the hotel reception and still be entitled to the flat parking rate of RM5.00nett per entry per day.

• Zone U/Zone P: Entry opens from 6:00 am to 2:00 am only. All exits in this zone remain open 24 hours. Hotel guests are advised to park in Zone P and Residences Guests in Zone U.

Signages have been prepared by Mid Valley City Mall and made available on-site to guide you on the exit and entry points.

Your safety and security remain our priority and we will update future changes upon receiving confirmation from the management of Mid Valley City.
