We are delighted to announce that as part of our commitment to enhance our property and provide you with the very best St Giles experience, we are currently undergoing an exciting partial renovation.
The refurbishment works will only affect one of the hotel’s four towers and will be done on a floor-by-floor basis. To minimize inconvenience, guests will not be located in corridors where the renovation work is being done.
As a result of this renovation, there will be some construction noise. We would like to assure you that we endeavour to keep any disruptions to a minimum and would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
Construction will occur from Monday to Saturday between 10:00am and 5:00pm and you may experience some noise between these hours.
Our team will be on hand to offer any assistance needed.

- A: The renovation areas will be closed for guests. Rooms will be available as usual, but away from these areas to minimize inconvenience

Check in begins from 2:00 pm (14:00) for all guests.
Guests may be required to show proof of identity at check-in by providing their booking confirmation and a valid photo ID (passport, identity card or driving licence). If a guest is unable to show a valid photo ID, St Giles London Hotel may refuse the guest entry to the hotel.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age at check-in and present at the time of check-in. Guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking confirmation and a valid passport/identity card/driving licence. Children and young adults under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in the hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian also staying in the hotel.
Check out is by 11:00 am for all guests.
Yes, St Giles London is a pet friendly hotel. We offer a special nightly pet rate - £30 per night, per cat or dog, maximum 2 pets per room with a combined weight of 25 kg. Your pet must be with you at all times and is welcome to join you in our reception area. Please call reception ahead when leaving your room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Your furry family member must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when in the public areas of our hotel and are not allowed to roam the hotel freely. Please do not leave your pet in the room unattended without notifying reception prior. Pet door hanger is to be kept on the door all the time to indicate pet in room. On arrival, we ask that you present up to date vaccination documents and inform reception of any other health details relating to your wonderful pet. If your room is damaged or a mess is made by your pet, there will be a repairing/cleaning fee of £150 payable at check-out.
We continue to be committed to a high standard of cleanliness with the reimplementation of daily housekeeping service for all guestrooms.
St Giles London will accept packages on your behalf during your stay or just before arrival. Please ensure the package label is to the attention of the guest whose name is on the reservation and includes the arrival date or reservation confirmation number (if possible) along with the hotel's address. Please note that our hotel will not accept packages sent C.O.D. (Cash on delivery).
Parcels/packages not collected seven (7) days after the recipient's departure date will be disposed of. St Giles London is not liable for any damages or missing items/packages.
If you cancel by 6:00pm hotel time on the day prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel after this time or fail to arrive, the cancellation penalty fee amount will be: First night charge (based on total first night rate of your confirmed reservation).
Please note that certain package rates are non-refundable. Please refer to your confirmation for details.
If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.
If you made your reservation through a third party (website or travel agent), cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorised to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations.
Luggage storage is available at our Concierge Desk. Same day storage, Mondays – Saturdays, is complimentary. Overnight storage is at £2.50 per bag and storage on Sundays starts from £1 per bag. Payment type: Cash Only.
Bookings of fifteen (15) or more guests are considered a group.

London City Airport (LCY) is 10 miles from Central London and can be easily accessed by the DLR to Elizabeth Line or Central Line
London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is 18 miles from Central London and our hotel is easily accessible from Heathrow by public transportation including the new Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road Staion just under a 2-minute walk to St Giles London hotel. Other trains and tube to take are the Heathrow Express, and Picadilly Line.
Both airports are also easily accessible by car and taxi.
