HOTELS WITH HEART

Caring for our Communities

Through our charity initiative, Hotels with Heart, we are committed to positively impacting the communities in which our hotels are located and always leading our actions with compassion, kindness, and humility.

Sustainability

#CITIZENG

#CITIZENG, St Giles Hotels sustainable program, was launched in 2018 to support our company's mission to be responsible citizens - for our planet, our community, and our guests by making their stay more sustainable.

Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

#IAMWELL

Here at St Giles, we believe asking for help is a strength, not a weakness, and are committed to fostering an environment where our team members feel safe and supported for their mental and emotional wellbeing. This belief inspired the development of our #IAMWELL employee programme, placing empathy at the heart of how we care for our colleagues. We want to remove the taboo of saying, “I am sad” or saying “I am well” just for the sake of it when we are not well and create space for our team to say “I am not doing so well” and ask for help.
