Check-in time is from 3.00 pm.

Check out time is by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.  

Cancellations and amendments made within 72 hours of arrival will attract a penalty on per room per night’s charge based on the first (1st) night’s rate.  

In the event of non-arrival on the same day, a full penalty charge on each room booked shall be imposed to a maximum of 2 nights based on the first 2 nights’ rate.  

Unexpected departure after check-in (short stay), a penalty of one (01) night is applicable on the balance of the underutilized length of stay.

Parking is complimentary for guests staying in the guest rooms of the hotel. Self-parking is available at prevailing rates, or porch parking at RM25 per entry for up to 24 hours.  

Broadband internet access is available in all guest rooms, and is complimentary for up to 4 devices. WiFi internet access is available in the guest lobby and meeting rooms.
