What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and amendments made within 72 hours of arrival will attract a ‘per room per night’ charge based on the total room charge.
Other cancellations, early check-out, and non-arrival terms apply, information will be available at the time of making a reservation.

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contract will outline specific cancellation policies.

If you made your reservation through a third party website, cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorized to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third-party reservations.

How do I make a group reservation?

Bookings of ten (10) or more rooms are considered a group.

Is Parking available?

St. Giles Southkey is part of the Mid Valley Southkey’s integrated development and shares the common car park facility comprising of more than 5,000 parking bays. For convenience and proximity, we recommend that you park in the North Court vicinity.

Alternatively, you may choose to use the valet parking services at a nominal fee per day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cashless Parking facility is operated using Debit/Credit or Touch & Go card for a smoother and safer parking experience. In-house & Event guests can proceed to validate the payment card at the hotel reception and still be entitled to a flat parking rate of RM5.00nett per entry per day.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No, we are a completely non-smoking room facility. However, we do have dedicated smoking areas provided at the lobby driveway and an outdoor environment.

There is an RM1,000 fine for violation of the hotel’s smoking policy.
