Cancellations and amendments made within 72 hours of arrival will attract a penalty on per room per night’s charge based on the first (1st) night’s rate.
In the event of non-arrival on the same day, a full penalty charge on each room booked shall be imposed to a maximum of 2 nights based on the first 2 nights’ rate.
Unexpected departure after check-in (short stay), a penalty of one (01) night is applicable on the balance of the underutilised length of stay.
