Tips for the Best Visit
Arrive early: It’s immersive and timed entry, so arriving on time helps you maximise the full experience.
Allow for more than 70 minutes: The experience lasts around 70 minutes from your ticketed start time, but guests are welcome to stay afterwards to enjoy the Marmalade Day celebrations, games, and treats in Windsor Gardens for as long as they like.
Be comfortable: It is recommended to wear comfortable and practical footwear, as much of the experience involves walking on uneven surfaces
Sensory considerations: There are moments of sound and lights; slower periods during weekdays may suit children who prefer a calmer pace
Limited photography: Photography and filming are not allowed during the main experience. However, once you arrive at Windsor Gardens near the end of your journey, you’re welcome to take your own photos and videos in this area. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy special photo opportunities, including a moment with Paddington Bear himself!
Souvenirs & treats: Post-experience, browse Mr Gruber’s Antique Shop on site for Paddington Bear themed merchandise. Marmalade snacks are also available.
